Nolan Vannata has been coaching for 8 years and is a certified strength and conditioning coach, certified nutrition coach, and has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He has been working primarily with busy professionals since 2022, helping them make progress despite their demanding jobs.

I remember having all the time in the world for exercise and sports. I did competitive swimming and moved into long distance triathlon. As adulthood progressed and I started to prioritize other things, I had that time and energy taken away from me.
